The Faculty of Social Sciences of the Masovian Public Higher School (MUP) in Płock is organizing on May 26, 2021 a scientific seminar “Contemporary concepts and methods of human resource management”.

The event will deal with the new trends in people management, creating the value of human capital as the most valuable, strategic and competitive factor that guarantees the “survival and development” of every modern organization.

In addition to the lecturers of the Płock Higher School, the seminar will be attended by scientists from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and the University of Economics and Humanities in Warsaw, who will deal with the issues of human resource management on a daily basis.

The speakers will also include the students of the Faculty of Social Sciences. Students of the first year of MA studies in internal security with public administration and students of the first year of BA studies in management will present their papers and presentations.
