The Podkarpackie Voivodship Board granted a special subsidy to seven Podkarpackie universities. The total amount of PLN 800,000 will be allocated to investment purchases related to the conduct of their statutory activities.
The Rzeszów University of Technology will use a subsidy worth over PLN 300,000 to equip the cabinets in the Physiotherapy and Sports Center with rehabilitation and training devices as well as control, measurement and research equipment – explained Prof. Grzegorz Budzik, vice-rector for education at the Rzeszów University of Technology.
The State Higher Vocational School in Sanok will allocate PLN 100,000 for a microwave mineraliser. The device will enable practical training in the field of economy in agricultural and forest ecosystems.
The State Higher Vocational School in Krosno will provide the automation and robotics laboratory.
The grants were also received by the Podkarpackie College in Jasło, the State Higher School of Technology and Economics in Jarosław and the State Higher School of Eastern Europe in Przemyśl.
