The branch of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Poznań announced the VIII competition for the best original creative work published in 2019, led by a doctoral student from Greater Poland or Lubuski Region. Applications can be sent until March 10.

The competition is conducted in 5 thematic areas, identical to the names of the faculties of the Academy: humanities and social sciences, biological and agricultural sciences, exact sciences and earth sciences, technical sciences and medical sciences.

Five evaluation teams will nominate one scientific paper for the award. Winners will receive cash prizes. In addition, each evaluation team will submit one work to be awarded without a cash prize. All winners will receive diplomas, winners of cash prizes will be invited to make short messages about the awarded work at the General Assembly of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Poznań.
