The State Higher Vocational School in Chełm has signed an agreement on cooperation with Polish Airlines LOT.

According to the agreement, students of the Pilot of the Mechanics and Machine Design specialties might take apprenticeships in Polish Airlines LOT. In addition to the theoretical part and learning about the specifics of the work, the young pilots will participate in the flights of passenger planes belonging to the LOT fleet. The Polish LOT wants to provide the initial recruitment process for the pilot position at the State Higher Vocational School in Chełm.

As part of the agreement, both the University of Chelm and LOT will carry out joint projects, events, conferences and campaigns to promote civil aviation.
