The Poznań-based manufacturer of e-stethoscopes – StethoMe – has become the finalist of the competition for the most innovative technology start-ups in the world – TechCrunch StartUp Battlefield. The Polish start-up was selected from over 1,300 companies from around the world and reached the top 20 in the world.
TechCrunch StartUp Battlefield is an international competition for start-ups, organized by the world’s most recognized website dedicated to new technologies – TechCrunch.com. Only 20 start-ups get the opportunity to present their business each year. This year, there were over 1,300 applications.
The StethoMe team is co-created by scientists from the Faculty of Physics at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań – Dr Honorata Hafke-Dys and Dr Jędrzej Kociński. StethoMe is the second Polish company in the 14-year history of the competition taking part in it.
