Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences and the Christlich-Soziales Association Bildungswerk Sachsen e.V. (CSB) will implement the project “Network of nutritional education for the sustainable development of the Euroregion Nysa”, whose main task is the exchange of experience, transfer of scientific knowledge and intensification of cooperation between entities from Poland and Saxony.

The leader of the project is CSB, which was established in 1991 and for many years has been involved in topics related to healthy and balanced nutrition. The Center of Nutrition and the Herbs of the Monastery Marienstern, as well as at the Farm for Children and Youth in Hoyerswerda, are organizing lessons for pupils and adult seminars.

The project assumes developing educational offers for various target groups and building a bilingual online platform. An important element will also be the creation of the Didactic Center in Radomierz and improvement of educational conditions at the Farm for Children and Youth in Hoyerswerda.
