The National Science Center (NCN), in cooperation with the JPI Urban Europe network is holding a competition for international research projects as part of the ERA-NET Co-fund Urban Accessibility and Connectivity (EN UAC) initiative, regarding thematic areas related to the development of modern cities and urbanized areas.

According to NCN, international consortia consisting of at least 3 research teams from at least 3 countries participating in the competition may apply for the funding. The head of the Polish team must hold at least a doctoral title.

The participating countries include: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Latvia, Germany, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden, Turkey, United Kingdom, Italy.

The total amount of funds allocated by the National Science Center for the implementation of tasks by Polish research teams in the competition is 500 thousand. EUR.
