The new academic year 2021/22 has started at nearly 400 universities across the country. Rectors themselves decide in what form they will conduct classes, but the vast majority of Polish universities are returning to full-time education in compliance with the rules of the sanitary regime.
-We are returning to full-time education at universities across Poland. We have provided all universities with guidelines and recommendations developed by the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Health and Sanitary Services – said Minister of Education and Science Przemysław Czarnek at the inauguration of the academic year at the Medical University of Lublin.
-We are returning to certain normality at universities after months of distance learning. We are returning to full-time studies at universities across the country and hence the guidelines that we have developed and which are not generally applicable law, but recommendations to be applied depending on the conditions at individual universities – added Minister Czarnek.
