The Library of the Gdańsk University of Technology and the University Information Services Center invite participants to the Second Pomeranian Conference “Open Science: Direction – Open Science” on September 26-27.
The speakers are scientists and librarians working at the Gdańsk University of Technology and representatives of publishers, international organizations (Figshare), institutions and cooperating companies (Clarivate Analytics). The conference will be preceded by the international Focus on Open Science workshop organized on September 25 in collaboration with Scientific Knowledge Services, LIBER (Association of European Research Libraries) and University College London Press.
Participants of the conference and workshops will analyze the question how to conduct research, store and share their results. They will also consider how the cooperation between scientists and research centers can implement the policy of openness in science postulated by the European Commission.
