The Pomeranian Academy in Słupsk has obtained over PLN 20 million for investments whose main goal is to increase its scientific and didactic potential.
The money is intended for the development of the Academy’s infrastructure by equipping and creating new laboratories in the field of exact sciences, social and humanities, as well as solutions dedicated to digital humanities.
Co-financing will allow for the creation of the Interdisciplinary Center for Innovative Environmental Research in Pomerania – InterPom, the Pomeranian Center for Digital Humanities Pomeranian Center for Digital Humanities, the Academic Center for Monitoring Threats to Population and Critical Infrastructure and the Center for Research on Multiculturalism and Social Inclusion.
The subsidy will also help create an Active 5 PLUS Academy – a project to support health-related activities (promotion of sport among children and young people), promotion of academic traditions, Polish culture and language.
