The Special Purpose Vehicle of the University of Economics in Poznań together with the Żabka Polska retail company implemented the project “Product Creators”. Seven student teams have developed technological and market concepts as well as prototypes of innovative food products from the category of ready meals and snacks.

The project was attended by students of the University of Economics and the University of Life Sciences in Poznań. All ideas combined professionalism, very good understanding of the market, full technological readiness and high innovation. Solutions with a completely new approach to a product within its category have been developed in just two months by teams consisting mostly of first-year students.
During the final presentation, the authors sold the rights to three projects. They will be further developed and refined, and the authors will participate in the implementation process in the company.
