The Poznań University of Economics is implementing an international research project called TWIN SEEDS funded by the Horizon Europe Programme. In September, the Poznań university hosted a seminar on ‘Emerging trends of GVCs and MNEs in the recent wave of globalisation’.
The seminar presented research results on the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on international trade in services, the activities of multinational enterprises and the adoption of digital technologies in production processes.
Participants included project partners from Italy (Politecnico di Milano, Università di Milano Bicocca), Austria (Vienna Institute for International Economic Studies, Austrian Institute of Technology), the Netherlands (University of Groningen, Erasmus University Rotterdam), Spain (University of Castilla-La Mancha), Denmark (Copenhagen Business School), France (TBS Education, Toulouse) and Belgium (OLD Continent).
