The University of Economics in Poznań received over PLN 2.25 million for the project “Adaptation of buildings and the educational offer of the University of Economics in Poznań to the needs of students with disabilities”.

The project includes purchase of equipment for conducting classes with disabled people, employment of a psychologist and psychiatrist, purchase of TOTUPOINT devices, exchange of compulsory literature for an electronic version adapted to the application used by the person disabled.

The project also involves the elimination of architectural barriers, installation of a hearing aid system, purchase of escape chairs for the disabled, installation of a system for summoning help for people disabled people, installation of devices facilitating the opening of heavy doors and adaptation of the university’s website to the needs of people with disabilities.
