The Medical University of Poznań joined the group of universities awarded with the HR Excellence in Research logo. Independent experts of the European Commission appreciated the effective implementation of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct in the process of recruiting new employees.

The award is the result of almost three years of efforts and the work of a team of 26 employees of the University. The presence in such an elite group reflects the university’s commitment to the continuous improvement of the personnel policy, gives great satisfaction and increases the chances of applying for grants in domestic and foreign institutions.

The HR Excellence in Research logo is a prestigious distinction aimed at increasing the attractiveness of working conditions and career development of scientists in the EU. It is awarded to institutions that provide the best working conditions for researchers and conduct recruitment processes in a transparent manner and in line with the guidelines of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct.
