Poznan University of Medical Sciences invites participants on March 5- 6th to the 2nd International Scientific and Training Conference “Innovations in Occupational Therapy. The international perspective – science, education, practice “.
– We believe that it is worth looking at current, early Polish experiences in occupational therapy in the international perspective and try to answer the following questions: Does and to what extent the Polish innovation reflect international trends in the field of research, education and practice? To what extent is the current national specificity maintained?

Occupational therapy has been present in academic offer in Poland since 2012. This innovative challenge was undertaken by six universities (in Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań, Warsaw, Gdańsk and Bydgoszcz). The conference organizer is Occupational Therapy Laboratory at of Department of Geriatrics and Gerontology at the Faculty of Health Sciences at the Poznań University.
