The Foundation for Polish Science (FNP) received the award of the Prime Minister for inventiveness. The foundation has been recognized “for its special contribution to the development of Polish innovation”.
The award is granted to institutions, organizations and associations distinguished by achievements for the development and popularization of inventiveness, science and technology, creating pro-innovative attitudes, promoting development and creative activities, as well as supporting initiatives aimed at spreading knowledge in the field of industrial property protection.
This year, the awards were given to FNP, Prof. Eng. Jerzy Woźnicki (Polish Rectors Foundation – Institute of Knowledge Society), Prof. Eng. Stanisław Adamczak (Institute of Materials Engineering, Lodz University of Technology), Prof. Eng. Tomasz Ciach (Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering, Warsaw University of Technology), Prof. Henryk Skarżyński (Institute of Physiology and Pathology of Hearing) and Military University of Technology.
