Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Science and Higher Education Jarosław Gowin, and Minister of Education and Science of Bulgaria, Krasimir Valchev, signed a Polish-Bulgarian cooperation program in the field of higher education until 2022.
– I am glad that we are finalizing a document that will define the principles of academic and scientific cooperation between Bulgaria and Poland over the next few years. Thanks to the joint effort, we have developed a good international agreement. It guarantees a stable basis for our cooperation – said Jarosław Gowin.
The agreement provides for exchange of academic teachers, exchange of students of Polish and Bulgarian philology and lecturers as part of summer language courses, admission of PhD students, in accordance with state internal regulations, internships in public higher education institutions and exchange of lectors, including specialists in the Bulgarian language and Bulgarian literature as well as Polish and literature.
