Representatives of the Maritime University of Technology in Szczecin and the local government of the Police poviat have signed a letter of intent for the project ‘Removal of improperly stored waste in Police on Kamienna Street’.
The project, which aims to improve the condition of the land use, will be carried out by the Police District Office as part of a project co-financed by the European Union from the Cohesion Fund under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020.
A zone of recreational green space (over 5 ha) will be created, which can be used for the benefit of the district’s residents. Experts from the Maritime University of Technology will support the project with geodetic monitoring, which will use modern measurement technologies (drones, laser readings, 3D visualisation).
The partners also announce further ventures of a teaching, scientific and research as well as administrative and economic nature.
