Professor Jacek Cichoń from the Wrocław University of Technology became a favorite lecturer of Wroclaw students in the Academic Radio Luz competition. The “Cup for the Lecturer” competition was organized by the radio station for the sixth time. Lecturers from all universities in Wrocław could take part in it, with the exception of winners from previous years.

Professor Cichoń received 3089 votes – this is the best result in the entire competition history. The second place was held by Dr. Zygmunt Domagała from the Medical University in Wroclaw, gaining 2592 votes, and the third was Prof. Piotr Drożdżewski from the Faculty of Chemistry of the Technical University, with 1729 votes.

– I am very happy with this award. Acquiring students’ liking is a complex process, but the most important thing is probably the fact that students feel that I just like them – said prof. Cichoń during the broadcast on Radio Luz.
