Professor Arkadiusz Żukowski, director of the Institute of Political Sciences of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, became a member of the Executive Committee of the International Political Society (IPSA).
This choice is a success and appreciation of Polish political science and its contribution to the development of this discipline on the international arena. The elections took place on July 25, 2018 during the XXV World IPSA Congress in Brisbane, Australia. Professor Żukowski was also elected to two committees: Academic Freedom and Participation and membership. He was also invited to the Scientific Council of the scientific journal “International Political Science Abstracts” and the Editorial Board of “World Political Science”.
IPSA, established in 1949, is the only world scientific society that gathers political scientists.
