The Monitoring Committee of the Interreg Baltic Sea Program has included the COMBINE project of the University of Gdańsk into the group of 31 most promising transnational projects.

The project “COMBINE – Efficient business models and adaptation systems for the strengthening of cargo flows in combined transport in the Baltic Sea Region, taking into account innovative technologies and regional specifics” focuses on combined transport services and improving measures to remove barriers and challenges related to their wider use in the Baltic region.

The project manager on behalf of the University of Gdańsk is Dr Aneta Oniszczuk-Jastrząbek, Prof. Associate of Faculty of Economics. The amount of co-financing for the Pomeranian university amounts to nearly PLN 1.3 million.
