Three projects of young scientists from the University of Silesia will be implemented thanks to funds of the National Science Center for supporting research projects of people starting their careers without the PhD title, allocated under the Preludium program.

Project “Foto-grafemity. Shaping the relationship between photography and poetry at the turn of the 21st century on the example of Polish poetry” gained over 81 thousand PLN and will be carried out at the philological faculty. Project “Nudge as an instrument of legal regulation” acquired almost 175,000. PLN and will be conducted at the Faculty of Law and Administration the university.

Also, thanks to the co-financing in the amount of almost 209 thousand PLN scientists from the university’s faculty of biology and environmental protection are implementing the project ‘Understanding the genetic basis of beneficial interactions between Brachypodium distachyon and endophytic bacteria’.
