Collegium Civitas Center for Research on Terrorism, Collegium Civitas Institute for Information Analysis and House of Meetings with History are inviting participants to the first meeting of the “Propaganda – disinformation – manipulation: history and modernity” series entitled “Propaganda as a tool of war”.

The event will take place on November 21, 2019 at the headquarters of the House of Meetings with History in Warsaw.
The meeting will concern the use of information, psychomanipulative, propaganda and social engineering tools in classic armed conflicts and in contemporary conflicts “below the threshold of war”.

The meeting will be attended by: Anna Wojtacha, war correspondent, Prof. Daniel Boćkowski, historian, security specialist, Brig. Marek Dukaczewski, former Head of Military Information Services and Jerzy Smoliński, former spokesman for the Minister of National Defense and adviser to the President of the Republic of Poland.
