Przemysław Czarnek, the Minister of Education and Science launched the Science for Society program

The aim of the new program of the Minister of Education and Science is to support the entities of the higher education and science system as well as other institutions acting for the dissemination of science. 

Co-financing up to PLN 2 million may be offered to the projects focused on the cooperation of scientific institutions with non-governmental and social organizations and the economic environment.

The program includes financial support for projects in three areas: Scientific Excellence, Science for Innovation, Humanities – Society – Identity.

Within the Science for Society program, the universities, research institutes of the Polish Academy of Sciences, research institutes, international research institutes operating in the territory of the Republic of Poland, the Łukasiewicz Center and institutes operating within the Łukasiewicz Research Network, Polish Academy of Arts and Sciences, Medical Education Center, postgraduate schools and other entities conducting a scientific activity or working for the dissemination of science may obtain funding for the implementation of projects..
