Jagiellonian University in Kraków and the University of Warsaw were jointly ranked 1st in the Perspektywy 2023 Ranking of Higher Education Institutions. The Warsaw University of Technology was ranked 3rd, and the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków were ranked 4th ex aequo.
The Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw is the best non-public university and the Jakub z Paradyż Academy in Gorzów Wielkopolski is the best public vocational university. The ranking was prepared by the Educational Foundation “Perspektywy” for the 24th time.
The Ranking of Academic Schools takes into account 30 indicators grouped into seven criteria: Prestige, Graduates on the labour market, Scientific potential, Innovation, Scientific efficiency, Educational conditions and Internationalisation. This makes it one of the most extensive and transparent educational rankings in the world.
