The Rector of the Białystok University of Technology (PB) Dr Marta Kosior-Kazberuk, has been awarded the title and statuette of the Polish Hercules 2022 by the “Builder” monthly.

The Polish Hercules award is a recognition of the environment, the construction industry, for the activities for the development of the Białystok University of Technology,” said Dr Eng. Marta Kosior-Kazberuk. 

According to the rector of PB, it is an expression of appreciation of the growing potential of the university, its recognition and the rector’s personal involvement in building the image and brand of the Białystok University of Technology. 

The award has its own history and reputation. It has been awarded for more than 20 years. However, only one scientist receives it in each competition.

The title and the Polish Hercules statuette are awarded by the Editorial Board and the Scientific Council of the “Builder” monthly to outstanding figures and recognised authorities in business, the construction industry, architecture and science, people whose activities to date have had a significant impact on the development of the Polish construction industry.
