The Rector of the University of Warsaw on November 21, 2018 will give didactic awards to the best academic teachers working at the Warsaw university.

The didactic award of the Rector was established in 2015, and a year later it was given for the first time. It is awarded in three areas: natural and exact sciences, social sciences and humanities.

This year, the award will be received by Dr Danuta Solecka from the Institute of Experimental Biology and Biotechnology of Plants in the field of natural and exact sciences; Dr Agata Komendant-Brodowska from the Institute of Sociology in the field of social sciences, and Dr. Filip Kawczyński, from the Institute of Philosophy, who will receive a didactic award in the area of humanities.
