University of Warsaw (UW) was visited by a delegation from Sun Yat-Sen University from China. Representatives of both universities discussed possible cooperation.

The talks concerned the possibility of undertaking scientific cooperation and the implementation of academic exchange of employees and students of natural, exact and technical sciences, as well as languages and translation studies.

At the end of the visit, guests visited the University’s campus at Krakowskie Przedmieście.

Sun Yat-Sen University is one of the leading Chinese universities. It is in the top ten high colleges in China and in the two hundred best universities in the world according to the Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU), i.e. Shanghai ranking.
