Professor Jacek Szepietowski won in the prestigious Internationalization Stars competition organized by the Perspektywy Foundation. The scientist from the Medical University of Wrocław won it in the Teaching Star category.

The prize “Internationalization Stars” is awarded to persons who have outstanding achievements in research on internationalization, management of the internationalization process, foreign marketing, education of foreigners and activities in the field of academic diplomacy.

Professor Szepietowski has been conducting (as an external examiner) specialization exams at the University of Addis Ababa (Ethiopia) for years. He ran the Summer School of Psychodermatology at the International Caucasus University in Tbilisi (Georgia) and trainings for residents and students of the American University of Beirut (Lebanon). He lectured in many foreign academic centers, including in the US, Jordan, Russia and Hungary.
