Dr Aneta Słowik, assistant professor in the Department of Social Pedagogy and Counseling at the faculty of pedagogical sciences of the Lower Silesian University in Wrocław became a laureate of the prestigious French government scholarship for research stay (BGF – Séjour de recherche).
From September to November 2020, Dr Słowik will implement the research project “Experiencing migration by Polish and Ukrainian children from the Maine-et-Loire region (France). Biographical research and life history” at the Catholic University in Angers.
The French government’s scholarship for research stays is directed at Polish and foreign researchers working in a Polish scientific institution who would like to conduct research in France. The scholarship is addressed to all scientists, and in particular to those who have had a PhD for less than 10 years and want to establish Polish-French cooperation.
