Dr Eng. Zbigniew Fedyczak, Prof. University of Zielona Góra, from the Institute of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering and Automation, was appointed to the Team of Experts of the National Center for Research and Development for development of renewable energy in transport.

The aim of the team’s work is to coordinate the Center’s activities related to economic and technical analysis in search of the optimal structure of the use of energy from renewable sources in transport (in particular biocomponents and liquid biofuels and electricity) in 2020 and subsequent years.

The team’s task is to analyze the development of renewable energy in transport – in particular, review and analysis of existing concepts, verification of the potential of domestic industry and scientific and research units, identification of market potential of using renewable energy sources in transport and identification of barriers to the development of this area.
