The team of Karolina Wieszczycka from the Institute of Technology and Chemical Engineering of the Poznań University of Technology obtained funding in the call for bilateral exchange of scientists of the National Academic Exchange Agency (NAWA) and Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia (FCT).

As part of the project “New carriers in the HF system for the selective separation of precious metal ions from waste sources” teams from the Poznan University of Technology and Instituto Superior Técnico from Lisbon will cooperate in searching for new solutions of hydrometallurgical recycling of waste electrical, electronic equipment and used car catalysts.

The purpose of the exchange program is to support the mobility of researchers in order to implement research projects conducted jointly by partners from Poland and Portugal.
