Researchers of the Department of Pathomorphology of the Medical University of Wroclaw will implement two scientific projects financed from grants under the OPUS-18 and PRELUDIUM-BIS programs of the National Science Center.

As part of the OPUS-18 competition, the project “Analysis of the effectiveness of glioblastoma immunotherapy using gamma-delta T lymphocytes” in which the Medical University of Wrocław is a partner for the Research Network Łukasiewicz including Polish Center for Technology Development will receive about PLN 3.4 million, of which about 400 thousand will be obtained by the university in Wroclaw.

The funding from the PRELUDIUM-BIS competition will finance the project “Sugar derivative of zinc phthalocyanine as an innovative tool for photodynamic therapy in the treatment of psoriasis”. The research will be conducted by scientists from the Medical University in Wrocław. The amount of financing is over 530 thousand PLN.
