Three scientists from the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin (ZUT) are included in the ranking of the prestigious research.com portal – an academic platform for professors and researchers.
The assessment of the portal is based on the analysis of the scientific achievements of researchers in Google Scholar and Microsoft Academic Graph. These are the best known and well-established bibliometric databases available to the scientific community.
The best scientists in the world in chemistry includes Prof. Antoni Waldemar Morawski, occupying 4220th place in the group of authors from all over the world. He was ranked 9th among Poles (among 61 included in the list).
In category “Material Engineering” Prof. Andrzej Błędzki was in the 6,100th position. Among Poles, he was 15th out of 21 included in the ranking. In the same field, Dr Xuecheng Chen, ZUT, was 6857th worldwide and the16th in Poland.
