The Podkarpackie Voivodship self-government has signed a cooperation agreement with the Rzeszów University of Technology and the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszów for implementing ICT systems and e-services.

The purpose of the agreement is to make full use of the possibilities and experience of both parties that will allow for optimal cooperation of science and public administration centers in the implementation of ICT systems.
The self-government of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship will cooperate with universities in the implementation of several large ICT projects including the Podkarpackie Spatial Information System, the Podkarpackie Medical Information System – phase II and the Podkarpackie Public e-Administration System-2. The goal of these projects is higher quality and extended range of public services provided electronically.
