Rzeszów University of Technology (PRz) will manage the Intercollegiate Laboratory in Stalowa Wola for the next four years. The contract for the maintenance of the research facility along with the equipment was signed by the rector, Prof. Eng. Piotr Koszelnik and the mayor of Stalowa Wola, Lucjusz Nadbereżny.

The task of PRz will be both to maintain the research infrastructure and devices of the Intercollegiate Laboratory, as well as to conduct research and development works. The university, as the laboratory operator, will also initiate research and development projects carried out in partnership with other research units and enterprises.

Prof. Koszelnik emphasized, that the signed agreement will enhance the scope of research possibilities of the entire Rzeszów University of Technology.

Lucjusz Nadbereżny, the mayor of Stalowa Wola, stated that “thanks to this cooperation we are building a knowledge-based economy, and the Rzeszów University of Technology becomes a leader in this development”.
