The Jan Grodek State Higher Education School in Sanok and the Ivan Franko State Pedagogical University in Drohobych are inviting participants to the 11th International Scientific Conference in the series “On the Borderlands of Cultures and Nations. History, Culture, Conflicts”, which will be held in a hybrid format on 14-16 September 2023.
The aim of the conference organisers is to present the complexity of the issue of borderlands understood not only in spatial-ethnic terms, but also as a place of meeting of disparate communities, socially, religiously and culturally diverse with their mutual influence.
To meet and engage in scientific dialogue, the institutions of higher education are inviting researchers of various specialities from scientific centres at home and abroad, assuming a wide range of presentations of problems in historical and contemporary dimensions, in many aspects – sociological, economic, cultural, religious and educational.
