The capital football club Legia Warsaw strengthens cooperation with innovators. It has already launched the research and development centre “LegiaLab”.
The Warsaw club is launching the Legia Training Center in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, where it will also include start-ups. They will get access to the sports infrastructure, analytical facilities and tactical club, which will allow to quickly verify their visions.
-We want to involve the startups in the sports industry, in particular football, in which they can find recipients of their innovative solutions. The value of this market, both professional and amateur football, is growing at a very fast pace in the world and in Poland. Naturally, more and more money and investments will be also spent on new technologies in this industry – said Tomasz Zahorski, plenipotentiary of the Legia Warsaw board.
