Rzeszów Science Picnic Explorations will take place from 24 to 26 May 2019. The participants will have opportunity to meet the science in an attractive, simple and direct way.

The main part of the event is an outdoor “science town”, which will be erected near the Rzeszów Castle and a multimedia fountain on Saturday, May 25. There, enthusiasts of science, technology, interactive knowledge transfer will learn about the secrets of the world, achievements of the human mind, learn about what is nuclear physics about, why the plane flies and how human body functions.

Visitors from the National Center for Nuclear Research will talk about atomic energy and radioactivity, and physicists from the University of Rzeszów and the Rzeszów University of Technology will demonstrate phenomena related to electricity and pressure.
