Dr Adam Drobniak, Prof. of University of Economics in Katowice, head of the Department of Strategic and Regional Research of the University of Katowice was invited to join the jury of the Regiostars 2020 as an expert of the European Commission in the “SMART GROWTH: Industrial transition for a smart Europe” category.

Regiostars is an annual competition organized by the European Commission’s Directorate General for Regional and Urban Policy.

The competition aims to identify good practices in regional development and highlight innovative projects financed by the European Union that can be attractive and inspiring for other regions.
