Six scientists from the Wrocław University of Science and Technology received the Bekker scholarships organized by the National Agency for Academic Exchange.
The scholarship holders include Dr Eng. Demi Pandelidis from the Faculty of Mechanical and Power Engineering, implementing the “Superefective Cooling Tower” project at the University of Illinois, and Dr Mateusz Dyksik from the Department of Basic Technical Problems, implementing the project “Magneto-optical spectroscopy of lead-free double perovskites to photovoltaic and optoelectronic applications” at the French Center National de la Recherche Scientifique.
The purpose of the Bekker program is to increase the international mobility of Polish scientists and academic teachers by enabling them the access to a postdoctoral internship and conducting scientific research or obtaining materials for scientific work in prestigious foreign centers.
