Scientists of the Silesian Medical University develop a device for psychophysiological diagnostics

16.06.2020

Professor Czesław Marcisz from the Medical University of Silesia and Mieczysław Wojciech Korchut from GPE Psychotronics are creators of the device for psychophysiological diagnostics. Their “polipsychograph” has been already patented.

Polipsychograph – Integrated System of Measuring Psychological Variables – is an innovative device for testing the level of cognitive functions and psychomotor performance as well as some physiological indicators. It allows to determine the current level of functional brain function and psychological variables (e.g. reactivity, mood, personality and temperamental traits, self-esteem) that modify this efficiency.

The system enables comprehensive psychological diagnosis of people in various age ranges. Test matrices can be adapted to the capabilities of the examined person in terms of intellectual level, scope and type of disease burden and existing mental dysfunctions.
