The Second Polish-British Science Forum took place at the Polish Embassy in London. It was a meeting of Polish and British agencies operating in the field of research, innovation, science and mobility.
The meeting was also attended by representatives of the National Science Center, the National Agency for Academic Exchange, the National Center for Research and Development, the National Contact Point for European Union Research Programs, the Foundation for Polish Science and representatives of the British agencies: British Council, Medical Research Council, Innovate UK, UK Research and Innovative, Universities UK International, British Academy, Royal Society. The meeting was moderated by Dr Aleksander Dańda – director of the Department of Science at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
The meeting participants discussed how the United Kingdom and Poland support the development of national research, innovation and academic mobility, as well as the possibilities of cooperation between Polish and British scientists and higher education institutions.
