The self-government of the Podkarpacie Voivodeship provided subsidies for investments to universities in the Podkarpacie Region. Representatives of ten universities have signed contracts for financing. 

-The Board of the Podkarpacie Voivodeship has been supporting Podkarpackie universities for many years, being aware of the importance of their development for increasing the region’s potential. We are convinced that this support will improve the quality of education, and thus encourage young people to study in Podkarpacie Region, and then to find a job here – said Piotr Pilch, Vice-Marshal of the Province.

Rzeszów University of Technology received 230 thousand PLN for the implementation of the project “Retrofitting didactic and research laboratory stands for the needs of new majors at the Rzeszów University of Technology”.

Rector of the university Prof. Eng. Piotr Koszelnik informed that the university will allocate these funds to equip laboratory stands at three faculties.

-The allocated funds will help to renew the laboratory facilities necessary for high-quality education. From the new academic year, we are planning to return to full-time education, and in particular to strengthen practical education, which is key in the didactic process of future engineers – said Prof. Piotr Koszelnik.
