Silesian University of Technology and Mostostal S.A. signed a contract for the construction of the “Assist Med Sport Silesia” Silesian Engineering Engineering Support Center equipped with a lecture hall. The investment will be located on the campus of the university, on the land donated by the authorities of the City of Zabrze. The contract value is close to PLN 40 million.
The goal of the project is to create a unique set of highly specialized research and technology laboratories dedicated to supporting companies operating in the field of implementing products and medical technologies.
The creation of the Center will increase the competitiveness of companies from the biomedical engineering industry and allow their participation in European and global technology platforms, enabling effective use of the opportunities offered by international cooperation.
