The Silesian University of Technology is launching the PROMENT (Promoting professional education and student engagement through comprehensive mentoring and tutoring system in HEIs) project. The project involves 10 universities from 6 countries and 6 industrial partners. 4 universities from Ukraine and 2 universities from Georgia.

The aim of the project is to increase students’ employability through the development of their professional competences on the one hand and civic engagement on the other. The project – funded by the European Union – will be implemented through a comprehensive system of tutoring and mentoring at the partner universities.

“We have prepared a rich programme for our project partners, including, among other things, presentations on incentive programmes for students, the so-called pro-quality systems, promotion and popularisation of science, or professional and psychological counselling”, announces Professor Anna Chrobok – Director of the College of Studies.
