The Institute of Computer Science, the Institute of Automatic Control and the Department of Industrial Informatics of the Silesian University of Technology have launched a new specialty – cybersecurity within a second-cycle program (3 semesters) in the faculty of industrial IT in Katowice.

The new specialty gives the applicants the opportunity to acquire unique qualifications, and the studies will be conducted at the highest level, by the best specialists in this field, including lecturers from abroad.

Specialist in the field of cybersecurity is one of the ten most wanted professions in Poland in 2019, and experts in the field of cyber security in organizations and enterprises are listed in the second place.
