Students of the Wrocław University of Technology invite participants to the international competitions of SmartMoto Challenge electric motorcycles. This is the first such event in Poland, earlier competitions were held in Barcelona and Moscow.

The Wrocław competition starts on the 24th of August. Student vehicles can be seen on the campus of the Wrocław University of Technology (August 24-25), then on the off-road track at Wzgórze Kilimandżaro in Wrocław (August 26). Seven motorcycles constructed by teams from Poland and Russia are qualified for the competition.

The SmartMoto Challenge competition is about designing and constructing a cross-country motorcycle. The main goal of the competition is to use the knowledge gained during the studies in a real industrial project. During the competition, the jury will assess the motocycle and its static and dynamic capabilities as well as the team’s skills in business aspects.
