The Soft Skills Laboratory was officially opened at the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the Koszalin University of Technology. The laboratory enables the acquisition of skills in the following areas: teamwork, leadership in a group, multi-tasking, establishing and maintaining contacts, communication, integration, critical thinking and self-presentation.

Professional training games are available to students on personal development, marketing, team building, among others. Thanks to support from the “Accessible University” project implemented by the Koszalin University of Technology, the room was equipped with a computer station adapted for people with disabilities.

The laboratory was created thanks to the funding of two companies: Miejska Energetyka Cieplna and Miejskie Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Sp. Z o.o. The room was renovated and arranged in the summer of 2022. The first students appeared there with the new academic year.
