The Pope John Paul II State Higher School in Biała Podlaska is the only Polish university participating in a two-year international project of monitoring physical activity and sport in the European Union member states. The program is managed by the Portuguese Institute of Sport and Youth.

The EUPASMOS program already covers several European countries, including Poland, and is co-financed by the European Union (Erasmus + Sport Central Project). Its aim is to implement a system of monitoring physical activity and sport through the development of an “integrated and common methodological process that will provide comparable, confirmed and reliable data on physical activity and data on participation in sport in the European Union Member States”.
